The Equipment
Technology, thoughtfully chosen.
The equipment in The Reset Pod has been selected to support different aspects of
rest, recovery and wellbeing.
You don’t need to understand the science to enjoy your Reset - but if you’re curious, you can explore the technology, research and safety information below.
MedWave Neuro-100S
RED LIGHT, USED WITH PURPOSE.
Our MedWave device uses 635 nm red light and 810 nm near-infrared light, allowing both superficial and deeper tissues to be targeted in a single treatment.
Photobiomodulation (PBM), often referred to as red light therapy, involves exposing the body to specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light. Unlike ultraviolet light, PBM does not work by damaging or heating tissue. Instead, light is absorbed by the mitochondria - the energy centres of our cells. This can stimulate cellular energy production and processes involved in repair, recovery and healthy cell function.

MedWave Whole Body Hypervibe
MOVEMENT, WITHOUT THE WORKOUT.
As the HyperVibe platform moves, your body continuously responds to the changing mechanical forces.
This stimulates rapid reflexive muscular activity and provides repeated sensory and neuromuscular input. The process through which mechanical forces influence biological tissues is known as mechanotransduction.
The experience can therefore provide a physical stimulus without requiring the same movement patterns or exertion as conventional exercise.
It is not, however, intended to replace regular movement, strength training or cardiovascular exercise.

WHERE LIGHT MEETS MOVEMENT
Red light therapy and whole-body vibration support the body in different ways. Photobiomodulation uses light to influence cellular processes involved in energy production, repair and recovery, while whole-body vibration provides a mechanical stimulus that activates muscles and encourages movement and circulation.
Bringing the two into the same experience allows us to combine cellular support with gentle physical stimulation - creating a more rounded approach to recovery, movement and wellbeing.
Different tools. One intention: supporting your body’s capacity to move, recover and function well.
