Service Description
Your 10-minute appointment provides a focused period in the Reset Pod, typically using MedWave photobiomodulation according to your selected or recommended session approach. This option works particularly well for targeted sessions, maintenance visits or clients following an established programme. Your booked appointment time is approximately 10 minutes. Please arrive ready to begin so that we can make the most of your session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling Plans change - we understand. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may be charged in full or, for prepaid packages, deducted from your remaining sessions. Genuine emergencies will be considered at our discretion. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full Reset. Late arrival may mean your session needs to be shortened to avoid affecting the next booking. The full session fee will still apply. Reset Plans & Packages Prepaid sessions are subject to the validity period stated at purchase. Late cancellations and no-shows may be deducted from your plan. Refunds, credits and transfers will be handled in accordance with the terms of your purchase and applicable South African consumer law. Health & Safety Please complete your health screening and consent information accurately before your first Reset and let us know about any relevant changes to your health. Certain circumstances may require a session to be modified, postponed or medical clearance obtained. A final note If The Reset Pod needs to cancel your appointment, you'll be offered a reschedule, credit or refund as appropriate. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
