Service Description
Begin your journey with The Reset Pod with intention. During this 45 minute experience, we'll take the time to get to know you, understand your health and wellness goals, introduce you to The Reset Pod, and guide you through your first medical-grade red light therapy & Hypervibe session. Together we'll discuss what brought you here, answer your questions and recommend the most appropriate recovery plan based on your individual needs. Whether you're looking to support recovery while training, ease pain & inflammation, improve wellbeing, or simply create more space for calm - this session is designed to help you feel confident, comfortable and ready to begin.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling Plans change - we understand. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may be charged in full or, for prepaid packages, deducted from your remaining sessions. Genuine emergencies will be considered at our discretion. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full Reset. Late arrival may mean your session needs to be shortened to avoid affecting the next booking. The full session fee will still apply. Reset Plans & Packages Prepaid sessions are subject to the validity period stated at purchase. Late cancellations and no-shows may be deducted from your plan. Refunds, credits and transfers will be handled in accordance with the terms of your purchase and applicable South African consumer law. Health & Safety Please complete your health screening and consent information accurately before your first Reset and let us know about any relevant changes to your health. Certain circumstances may require a session to be modified, postponed or medical clearance obtained. A final note If The Reset Pod needs to cancel your appointment, you'll be offered a reschedule, credit or refund as appropriate. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
